My guests can't open the invitation

Check that it's published — an unpublished card shows “nothing at this address” to everyone but you. Open the link in a private window to see exactly what a guest sees.

I paid but I'm still on the free plan

Confirmation usually lands within a few seconds. If your plan hasn't changed after a minute, send us the payment reference from the Plan page and we'll sort it out.

Can I turn off replies?

Yes. In the editor, uncheck “Collect replies” and the card becomes an announcement — all the details, no reply form.

How do I get a refund?

Write to us with your payment reference. Once a refund is processed the account returns to the free plan automatically.

Can I change the invitation after sending the link?

Yes, and the link stays the same. Edits appear immediately for anyone who opens it afterwards.
